For the most part, the children at Camp David not only use the library as a nerve center for academic learning but also to spend leisure time in company of a good storybook when they are idle and bored.

2020 LBI Stakeholders Forum: This year the dialogue will be centered around improving quality education delivery to every Nigerian Child, with focus on the out of school child, the street child and the almajiri child.

The whole process fascinated Wisdom and his younger brother Goodnews to no end. They admitted that the method of teaching at Camp David is far better than what they are used to at their school (their words, not mine). They boasted of their accomplishments.

Mary is an intelligent woman with a thirst for knowledge and trying new things. I met her in the computer room last week at Camp David and asked what she was doing there and to my greatest surprise, she said was taking computer lessons. She said it would be a complete waste on her part if she passed up on this opportunity, not to mention the fact that the computer lessons are free.
